- I'm not sure if this is a definite link but on my mothers maternal line WARBURTON, my ggggrandfather Thomas WARBURTON b.1785 in Wigston Magna married a Sarah CRANE also born 1803 in Wigston Magna Wigson.Hope this is of interest, contact me if you want more info.

- I too am descended from Anthony Brewin who married Elizabeth Pawley in 1604 and died in 1626. You should note however that Elizabeth was born 30.1.1585, the daughter of Walter Pawley and Isabel. Walter's will of 1628 confirms that Anthony Brewin was his son-in-law. Anthony's eldest son RobertI (1607-1679) did not marry Mary Clarke. The parish register makes clear that Robert Brewin, butcher, son of Elizabeth Brewin widow married Mary Jackson 19.1.1636 and that her parents were Dennis Jackson and Elizabet

- I had to take a look, I have just traced my tree back through london to Kent,back to 1792. I have a cousin called Charles Lewin,also I had a nan on my mothers side called Elsie. The same names keep coming up.

- Greetings from one Charles Crane to another. Just surfed your website out of curiosity. I know my father's side of the family was English, however it has been difficult to trace the family tree. My grandfather died when my father was only 10 years old, and the records are hard to trace. I also have a daughter, Sarah, who recently married, and is now expecting her first child in Sept.
