Terms & Conditions

1. We do not accept bookings from groups of young people or all male or all female groups.

2. A deposit of £50 must be received within 5 working days to secure an e-mail or telephone booking.

3. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start of your holiday or we reserve the right to re-advertise these dates.

4. The deposit of £50 is non-refundable should you have to cancel a booking.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums that have been paid without further liability on our behalf.

6. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or any members of your party cause a nuisance to neighbours or are not treating the property with due respect.

7. We shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to you, your party or any articles belonging to you and your party howsoever caused.

8. Please ensure all windows and doors are secure when leaving the property unattended as no responsibility can be taken for any loss of personal items.

9. The property must be left in a tidy condition. Any articles that are damaged, broken or lost must be replaced or paid for.

10. There must be no persons sleeping in the property other than those entered on the booking form.

11. We reserve the right to enter the property during your stay should the need arise.

12. You are asked to arrive after 3 pm on the day of the start of your holiday and to vacate the property punctually at 10 am on the day of departure.

13. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ST. IVES VIEW. Dogs are permitted in Beach View, they are charged at £15 per week per dog . They must not be left alone in the chalet.

14. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ST. IVES VIEW.
