Digital output shorting plug for CD or DCC. A 75 Ohm loaded Cap1 (phono with PTFE) or BNC (with PTFE) plug which balances the digital circuit eliminating resonance and effectively removing the digital circuitry from the player. State of the Art non-magnetic extra large phono plug with a split centre pin and a clamping mechanism, for improved signal transference. PTFE insulation and hard Gold plating makes for a beautiful plug, for cables up to 8.0mm diametre, which is worth the extra.

Audio grade solder which, because of its 4% Silver and Lead free content, has high conductivity for maximum signal transference and exemplary longevity. As Lead is a very poor conductor, excluding it results in one of the best solders available for audio use. Melting point 221 degrees Celcius. Supplied in a 4m, 22 SWG, length.

Electrical contact cleaner which leaves a residue behind to greatly enhance conductivity. Where ordinary "wash away" contact cleaners can cope with most deposits, only chemical cleaning will remove oxides and sulphides. The double action of Cap18, leaves a thin organic layer which fills microscopic gaps and dramatically improves conductivity. Contaminated contacts are a major source of RF noise- the dirtier they are, the worse the problem. Supplied in a 200ml aerosol.
