About Careers 
        Springboard
                                                               

Careers Springboard was formed in 1991 to help redundant managers 
and professionals  in the Chilterns, South Bucks and High Wycombe areas get back into work.  

• To date we have helped over 1200 members back into the work force.

• Our volunteer organisers, helpers and the other members have been involved with redundancy so you will meet people who understand your feelings and needs.    

• There is no longer any stigma attached to redundancy as it has become so widespread.  Why not join us if you need help or support.     

• Take advantage of our valuable programme of weekly meetings on letter writing, telephone techniques, networking, use of the internet, interview techniques, and personal presentation.     

• All our speakers are familiar with current job search techniques.  

• Our group discussions give members an opportunity to share their experiences with one another.

• Revise your C.V. with Springboard’s help. Make it an effective selling document customised for each job application.

• Share and learn from other members experiences  in their job search.

• We have available a comprehensive range of information sheets covering all aspects of your job search.
