BA Speedbird
BAC/Sud Aviation Concorde
Yes it is noisy, perhaps even enviromentally unfriendly, but without exception this is the most attractive aircraft to fly around mother earth. I have flown and then hovered in a Harrier, flown as passenger on large and small, slow and fast, but my lifetime ambition is to fly on this machine. It is now 30 years old and still the best of the rest. America, you do not know what your airlines have missed. This aircraft is the epitomy of power and flight, and the British Airways prefix of "Speedbird" is richly deserved. The aircraft is depicted landing at Manchester in Northern England on a rather dreadful day.
