It all happens in a second, the most impressive aviation location must be the deck of an aircraft carrier. Even more so when the launch aircraft contains a pilot on his first solo as depicted in "Wings of Gold". The weather, far from pleasant, does not deter the launch crew who continue their business in a professional manner.
