VIP Twin

Percival Pembroke RAF Germany

Pencil sketches are not really my hobby, but to sit on a cold concrete apron and sketch from life is valuable experience, and whilst I claim no expertise in this field, I enjoyed doing it, and THAT is what matters. So I hope you enjoy sharing it. Drawn at a Guild of Aviation Artists regional meeting at Coventry Airport UK, a Pembroke owned by Air Atlantic is depicted. The aircraft had previously served No 60 Sqn as a VIP transport aircraft at RAF Wildenrath in Germany. Here amongst its other tasks, it exercised the right of the UK to fly along the corridors into Berlin.
