very first attempt at a web page.
So, a bit
about me!
My name is
Nigel, but if you came here from a chat room link you'll probably
already know me as PUCK or PUCKUK
I owe this
name to a friend who some of you may know as OBERON
He's the
cultured one, not me, I just went along with it when i first
logged on, and it sort of stuck!
But I do owe
thanks to him, along with other clever computer type friends, for
allowing me to develop the confidence in my own abilities to try
to create this page!
I'm a 34

You'll want

Im blonde
now (thank you peroxide) but apart from that its a pretty decent
likeness
So what
else?
well i work
in a local department store as a department manager,
and just for
fun (and money) i work in a bar 2 or 3 nights a week. The bar is
straight, but not many of the staff are! It can be interesting on
rough nights.
If either had a website this is where i would put a link in , but they dont, so i haven't, because i can't!
For fun i
love to socialise with my friends, and to chat on the net.
I love
musical theatre and movies, and although its a bit of a cliche i
am a streisand fan. There's something about her voice that gets to
the inner self, and touches me deeply, especially her earlier
stuff before she became obsessed with perfection, and the live
stuff which seems to carry so many messages for everyone, no
matter what their beliefs or origins.
I also
love to go on holiday and soak up the sun. I shouldnt
because im pale skinned, but hey, what the heck!
I usually go
to Gran CAnaria in May and October, where you will find me in the
Yumbo Centre, usually in Pub Nestor
(run by 2 fabulous guys called Stuart and Barry) Buddies,
(where i love to chat with William, alias Sandra la Mumba )and
then on to centre stage, where i drink
myself into a happy stupor before going off to
bed....alone....honest.......... well usually! Those of you
familiar with the island will be wondering why i dont list the
disco type bars, and the answer is that i am happier to sit and
chat, than to get my ears blasted by some tuneless drivel before
trying for a last minute pick up. If thats what you like then
fine, but ive been there and got the t. shirt (It didnt fit, and
I dont want another thanks very much!)
While on holiday in Gran Canaria i have made some good friends from all over the uk. We all keep in touch, meet up once in a while and then the next year we all seem to arrive in the same bar, at the same time, and pick up where we left off. As I usually travel alone, it makes it easy to know that there will always be a friendly face

Buddies Bar in Playa del Ingles
In previous years i loved to travel to the Greek island of Mykonos, where the beauty of the place is enhanced by a lively atmosphere in the many friendly bars which are there. I would still be going there, but it has become VERY expensive to go as a single traveller, and flights from my local airport are none existant. I took the easy choice and gave up trying to get there. Mind you I still have a soft spot for the island, but with views like this, who can blame me?
