All ladies are very welcome to join
us at 2.00pm on Wednesdays in the
Parlour (side entrance in Church Lane).for
a cup of tea and a chat before our meeting begins at 2.30pm.
We have a service to begin, and then usually a speaker, who can
provide an interesting talk, often with slides, for the completion of our
afternoon.
Previous speakers have been - Pam Potter with her hilarious hats, Suva Catford on the work of Street Pastors, and Pat Layzell with her fascinating tales of her work in teaching children to read books in a deprived area of London.
We support many charities and enjoy a lively programme, combined with a caring friendship.
