Gardening Club

On 16th February in the Village Hall we have Richard Hobbs to give us a talk with slides on "Bulbs for the Small Garden".  Richard is no stranger to the Ovington Garden Club and with spring on the way bulbs should be in our mind.

On March 6th there will be a talk on seasonal shrubs.

Meetings start at 7.45 p.m. and all are welcome.

At a recent meeting of the Village Hall Management Committee it was agreed that whilst the publication of What's On is the responsibility of the VH Management Committee our policy, with immediate effect, is that NO trade advertisements will be accepted.

Goodbye and Thank you

On the 13th January I took my last Communion service at Ovington Church and had a chance to say goodbye, and thank those who were there for the support and friendship they have shown me over the last three and a half years. It is impossible for me to visit everyone I know in the village, so I would just like to take this opportunity to pass on my thanks to all of you. I have enjoyed my time in Norfolk and it has been a privilege to minister amongst you. As I move on to the Winchester diocese I will be taking many happy memories with me.
Thank you very much for the book tokens I will put them to good use.
May God bless you all,
With love
Sue.
