This is a new luxury 4 bedroom detached bungalow situated on the outskirts
of the village of Strontian, which lies at the head of Loch Sunart on the beautiful
Ardnamurchan Penninsula. The house lies at the entrance to the Ariundle Nature Reserve
with spectacular, panoramic views of the hills and oakwood forest.
It enjoys a very quiet location and is surrounded by a large garden which has its own stream, and is therefore suitable for anyone looking for a quiet retreat, or can be used as a base from which to explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
Strontian
Has a Post Office, Shop, Tea-Room and 3 Hotels. There are many
activities available in the surrounding area, such as Hill-Walking, Climbing, Fishing,
Golf, Cycling etc..
For the less adventurous there are many scenic walks set out by the Highland Trust showing
areas of exceptional beauty.

Consists of a lounge, large sun-room, open plan family room and large kitchen, bathroom,
utility room and 4 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower-room.

hand-basin.

Bed 4 2 Twin Beds, wardrobe and cot if required.
All bed linen and towels are provided, cot bedding is not.
The kitchen is fully fitted, has a large 8 ring cooker with griddle, 2 electric ovens and
a gas hob. Fridge, micro-wave, a range of equipment and kitchen utensils, including table
linen.
The utility room contains an automatic washing machine, dryer and freezer.
The house is decorated and fully furnished to a high standard including Sky T.V with ample
space to accomodate up to 8 people. A large parking area is provided.
The property has disabled access being all on one level, with extra wide doors and a ramp
at the rear.

How to get to Strontian
The village is on the A861 and can be reached from the south by the A82 and the A828 via
the Ballachulish Bridge and the Corran-Ardgour ferry.
Ferry Times: Summer. Last Ferry Sun - Thur 20:50, Fri & Sat - 21:20
Winter. Last Ferry Sun - Thur 19:50, Fri & Sat - 21:20
Once reaching Strontian take the right hand turn immediately after crossing the bridge.
Follow this road until you reach a r/h fork sign-posted Ariundle. Follow this for approx.
200 meters, the house is on your left.

The number of people occupying the hired premises must not exceed the number stated on the
information details for that house.
Use of Accommodation: The hired premises shall be used solely for
holiday purposes and the hirer shall not sub-let the hired premises or any part of the
hired premises, or any equipment hired to the hirer.
Access: The hirer shall allow the lessor or his agents or
employees entry to the premises for all reasonable purposes.
Cleanliness: As Above
Period of Hire: The period of hire shall be from and to the hours
and dates specified. The hirer binds and obliges himself to vacate the hired premises
without demand at the termination of the period and the hirer will be responsible for any
loss to the lessor resulting from the failure to move ne the specified time.
Loss & Damage: The hirer binds amd obliges himself to pay the
lessor in respect of any loss or damage to any item beyond fair wear & tear.
