The normal service
.This includes discussion with you regarding the role you would like to fill, the production of a person specification, the search itself, followed by the screening and selection process. This results in a short list of competent people for submission to you. Your own business would normally make the final selection from this list.
Job specifications and Job Competency systems
If required technical job specifications and job competencies can be produced on your behalf. Training in the use of competency systems is available.
Selection methods
.Traditional and psychometric methods can be used during the selection procedure depending on the approach agreed with the Client Company.
