racecourse has some equestrian activity on a lesser scale than before. But that's about to change... 

Tweseldown is now leased from the British Army, and since January 1st 2002 the racecourse has been managed by British Eventing. 

Brynley Powell, manager and clerk of the course said earlier this year, "After a period of uncertainty, Tweseldown is getting into its stride again". 

Drainage work has been carried out, making the going consistent all the way round.  

Sightlines for spectators are vastly improved now that we have cleared some more trees.  

The Victorian Grandstand must rank as one of the prettiest in Britain.
