More About Me!  

I was born on 17th August 1975 at around midday.  It was a Sunday and my mother was chopping runner beans at the time!  I was a happy baby!  I have two sisters, Suzanne who is the eldest and then Annette.  Suzanne is married to Steven and they have a daughter called Megan and another baby on the way! Annette has two boys - Joshua and Jake.  I also have two brothers, Timothy and Jonathan.  Jonathan died aged eleven and half weeks from cot death.  I have written a poem about him.

My parents are great!  My dad is a structural engineer which means he designs buildings and makes them stand up basically! and my mum is a domestic engineer, and for all those who do not know what one of those are, I mean she is a housewife and a great one at that too.  I come from Bedfordshire.  To find out more about the town I came from and to see pictures of our local Church and the Schools I went to please visit the Dunstable website at http://dunstable.fsn.net

I went to Lark Rise Lower School, then Ashton Middle School.  Then I went to Manshead Upper School. Then I attended Dunstable College for a year and then I spent the best years of my life at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education where I got a 2i degree in religious studies and women studies and I also completed a postgraduate course in secondary teaching.  To check out the website for the college I went to go click on this http://www.chelt.ac.uk/. I have lots of hobbies including surfing the Internet and chatting to people, particularly my husband!  To find out more about Jamie, my fantastic husband keep reading!  I love meeting new people and chatting to friends and family. I love reading and craft activities.  I like music and bike riding.  I also like writing poetry and have had some poems published.
