I have lived at my present address (below) for 13 year and have during this period asked several times (I must add very plitely as there is no other way) for the offending Leylandii to be chopped. But to no avail. The two photos were taken several months ago of the trees which I estimate at worst to be 30 feet high and at one point only 4 feet from my property. I continually cut them back to the borderline but only as far as I can reach.
