A year after Taro moved in, just as he was starting to behave himself, another rowdy little boy - called Kumar - arrived, again in April, and I had to start all over again trying to evade the 'rush and chase' tactics of this new 'monster'. Returning to 1999, in the latter part of the year Cherie and Clive took me to two Cat Association shows, at Tonbridge and Yately, where I won my class and was awarded a CAP certificate each time. Early the next year they took me to the Cat of the Year Show at Stevenage where I again won my class and secured my third CAP, becoming a neutered Champion - known as 'Premier'. After that I went to five more shows at Bognor Regis, East Grinstead, Worthing, Chessington and Tonbridge where, each time, I won my class and secured a CAPIB certificate which made me an 'International Premier'. Cherie and Clive then told me I could retire from shows and spend all my time relaxing at home, just enjoying life, which is what I now do - as you can see from my 'photo below.
On the 22 March 2001 I was half asleep on the settee and Kumar , who had been asleep, woke up and went over to Clive to ask him to play [as usual]. Clive threw his favourite toy and he chased it and brought it back the then Clive threw it again and he chased it and picked it up but instead of bringing it back he fell over and lay twitching. Clive rushed over to him and called Cherie and they dashed off immediately with him. They came back after an hour but I couldn't see Kumar anywhere. Then they said they had been to see the all night vet but Kumar had died. I'm not sure what they meant but they were very upset. I know Kumar chased me a lot but, sometimes I chased him and had fun playing games with him. For several days I tried calling him but he wouldn't come out to play and I couldn't find him anywhere.
Only nine days after we lost Kumar another 'little monster' moved in. Kanati, they [Clive and Cherie] call him and although he was very small I decided to go and live in the bottom of the wardrobe for a few days until things settled down - unfortunately Taro decided to move in with me but not, he assured me, because he was a coward - just until he had time to get to know our new 'guest'. When Kanati had been here a few days Taro and I moved back out to live in the main room, although our new little friend was quite lively and played a lot, sometimes trying to chase me from one room to another. Once we got to know him better he turned out to be a very friendly little boy and sometimes I played with him and it was quite fun.
In January 2002, having finally settled down to a relatively 'peaceful' life with Taro and Kanati , not one but TWO new little monsters arrived and both on the same day. At first it was - Oh dear. Here we go again - but now we have all settled down. They play with each other and with Kanati while I sit and watch. They seem quite a nice couple of 'monsters' - hmm, well Rana the young girl is ok but Rafiq has started chasing me round from one room to another and encouraging Kanati to do the same. Now though, when I want some peace, I go and sit on mum's [Cherie's] lap and curl up and sleep.

Hello, I'm International Premier Majesticoon Saree - Saree for short - that's an Arabic word meaning 'Most Noble'. I'm a black silver classic tabby and I was born on 31 August 1997 Cherie and Clive always say I'm shy, but I just like to take my time getting to know people, not like someone else who lives here and is so laid back that he accepts virtually anything. In addition Taro, that's his name, who arrived in April 1999, quickly grew so big and boisterous and was always wanting to play and chase me round and round the flat that I had to find somewhere quiet to hide for a rest.
