Monitoring performance
To ensure that we continue to provide the highest level of service several performance-monitoring systems
are currently in place:
Patient satisfaction
An anonymous survey is carried out of 50 patients every
year. Results are analysed and published. Any changes are resourced and
undertaken wherever appropriate.
GP satisfaction
A six monthly survey is conducted with GPs by the Practice Principal.
Audit
Therapists' notes are audited yearly in accordance with CSP professional
standards. Management systems are audited yearly in accordance
with CSP service standards.
