Colin revels in the live experience, and this can be seen from his obvious enjoyment when playing. Delivering a solid yet melodic finger-style undercurrent to the music, Colin cites his influences as Norman Watt - Roy, John Entwhistle, Roger Waters, Geezer Butler, Tony Levin,  Peter Gabriel and Gong.

In addition to The Curvy Love Dogz, Colin also plays in The Great Pig in the Sky, a 7 piece Pink Floyd tribute band, Insurrection - a Classic Rock trio, and 40 Watt? - a good time party band.

Colin has previously played with Out of the Wood, Michele Welborn and Potion, and has ‘filled in’ for Electric Experience, Giles Hedley, Togmor, John Howarth and Bedside Manor. Colin plays Warwick, Fender and Andy Viccars basses through David Eden, Markbass and Trace Elliot amplification.
