Signed booking form must be returned with deposit within 10 days to secure the booking. Final payment must be received four weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

All details of your holiday will be booked as stated by you on booking form and no responsibility will be accepted for any misunderstanding due to wrong dates being given.

Provided at least one month’s notice of cancellation is given, attempts will be made to re-book property, in which case, if successful, deposit will be refunded.

Hirers will be held personally responsible for any damage or breakages in property or contents caused by them during the period of their stay.

Proprietors reserve the right to decline or withdraw accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises at any time.

Authorised persons refer only to those stated on booking form. Arrangements for visitors MUST be made with proprietors.

A strictly no smoking policy operates within the properties.

No pets are accepted on the premises.

Properties must be left as they are found – in a clean and tidy state.

Properties will be available for occupation from 3pm on date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
