I’ve lived in Kent pretty much all my life, having been born in Tunbridge Wells, attending Medway College of Art in Rochester and moving to Broadstairs in the early 1970‘s. Drawing and painting for as long as I can remember, I worked as a freelance designer and illustrator for around 20 years before training as a teacher. I currently live in Ramsgate where I continue to paint and to teach art vocationally.

I have a great interest in sunlight, water, reflections and maritime subjects in general, but, as you will see, am at home in virtually all subject areas. It’s quite a collection of old and new here, both original work and limited edition prints.
