The role of the garden designer
For centuries, Britain has been a nation in
love with nature. Whether through simple visual enjoyment of the countryside,
rural sporting pursuits, public parks and gardens, or the space outside
your own back door, this green and pleasant land continues
to assume vital importance for most of us and to be the inspiration for
one of the countrys most popular hobbies
gardening.
 Even
those who dont enjoy gardening, or have become unable to do it,
relish the knowledge that they can step outside the kitchen door and find
themselves in an attractive and relaxing space. The garden represents
a microcosm of the countryside - but one which belongs to us, and this
makes it part of the home environment as a whole.
For some, however, the garden still remains
a problem area. Perhaps it was inherited from the previous owners; this
is like moving house and not re-decorating the living room! Perhaps you
have tried to introduce new features but feel they havent worked
out as well as you had hoped. So, theres a sense of slight dissatisfaction
about the garden; it doesnt feel yours, it doesnt feel individual,
it doesnt provide what you need, it doesnt look quite right,
or its just plain dull. But you dont really know what to do
about it.
This is where Garden Origin comes in.
Even though you may not know exactly how you want it to look, the designer
will enable you to achieve a garden which is right for your needs, suits
your tastes and activities, matches your budget, and looks wonderful.
This, in turn, will add value to your home and give you that extra edge
when it comes to selling. And in the meantime, of course, you will have
an interesting and exciting outside space to enjoy to the full.
