William Brimson was born in 1848 in Tiverton, Devon England. Two of his brothers, Elias & Abraham went to London. Abraham died in a chest hospital aged 21 but Elias had a family which I have traced to the present date. This photo was taken about 1914 as William died in 1916. It was taken in the Parisian Studio in Cardiff, Wales, where the family moved in 1892. Sarah Elizabeth Brimson ne Carter  was  born in 1855 at Yeovil, Somerset. My father said that William left Tiverton after punching the vicar  :-o
