This music file is in mp3 format and most PCs nowadays have the software to play these. If you are not able to play this file you may need to add the necessary software. You can download some from here which is very highly spoken of although I have not tried it myself. Note that the music may not sound very good if you only have your computer's internal speaker.

If you don't hear anything it is possible that you have just not allowed the file long enough to load before you tried to play it so have another try before you do anything else.

And one final suggestion - do you need to turn the volume up?
