Verizon - Reading ETL Developer PERM 2004-2005

Data analysis activities using SQL Server and MS Access MDF and Excel files to import datasets in various structures in different stages into a Siebel Analytics system. This involved extensive query writing in Access via VBA to merge data using Recordset techniques (DAO/ADO) into a local SQL Server based on industry Dun & Bradstreet numbering (DUNs). A further cross validation exercise then converted the accounts using T-SQL ready for an Informatica loading process. Most of the T-SQL work was based around writing custom conversions via set based SQL.

Euphony - Reading Datawarehouse Developer PERM 2003–2004

Datawarehousing using SQL Server 2000 using strong database design and normalization skills. I employed data loading techniques through MS Access and Oracle 8i using OPENQUERY/OPENROWSET data warehouse T-SQL via DTS.
