England - 1997
A Commemorative Evening "In Honour of the Memory of Professor H. J. Eysenck" was held on November 21st 1997 at the Institute of Psychiatry in London. The host was Professor Jeffrey Gray with refreshments kindly provided by the Institute of Psychiatry.
The speakers, in alphabetical order, were Ian Deary, Frank Farley, Tony Gale, Irving Horowitz, Helmuth Nyborg, Linford Rees, Phillipe Rushton and Glenn Wilson.
Heidi Evans (granddaughter) read passages from the H. J. Eysenck autobiography, "Rebel with a Cause".


America - 1998
At the 1998 Annual Convention of the American Psychological Association in San Francisco on August 14th a session memorializing the late Hans J. Eysenck was presented. Given by Frank Farley, Nicholas Cummings, Martin Seligman and Charles Spielberger it was entitled:
"APA Presidents Remember Hans Eysenck" - .


Canada - 1998
A symposium "In Honour of H. J. Eysenck's Contribution to Psychology" was held at the 1998 conference of the Canadian Psychological Association, surveying and celebrating the significant contributions of Professor Eysenck
Presentations were made by his Canadian colleagues and friends including Robert Stelmack (Causal Basis of Personality), Donald H. Saklofske (Personality Theory and Research), John C. Wickett (Intelligence), J. Philippe Rushton (Behavior Genetics), Kieron O'Connor (Clinical Psychology), and Gordon Barnes (Personality and Sexuality).
Modified and extended versions of these papers, along with other contributions, were later published in PSIHOLOGOJA (1998) at the invitation of Pero Sipka.
