| This website concentrates on my own
published and unpublished design work and on those
aspects of the wider world of origami I am most
interested in, particularly on modular origami, of
course. You can use the publications page to find details of my own books and leaflets, though some of these, such as Paper Crystals and Building with Butterflies, are now out of print and hard to obtain. The diagram locator will help you look up diagrams for my published designs, whether in my own books or elsewhere. Origami unfolded provides background information on some interesting aspects of origami. (Well, interesting to me anyway.) By far the largest section of this site deals with modular origami and is rather grandly called the Modular Origami Design Encyclopaedia (or MODE for short). This provides several different ways to look up modular designs and references diagrams where these are known to have been published. The sections on origami puzzles and devious devices are only outlines at present. Both these aspects of paperfolding fascinate me. And finally the beyond Infinity section complements the articles I wrote for Tarquin's 'Infinity' magazine, which now unfortunately appears to have ceased publication. As the title suggests these pages provide information that goes beyond that given in the articles themselves. You should not be surprised to find that the information in some sections is much more detailed or complete than in others or that up-dates are not made as regularly as they should be. I don't have as much time to devote to this as I would like. |
