Fold Coaster is probably the most minimal of all
minimalist modular designs. The design also acts
as a base which can be developed into a whole
series of visually interesting decorative
coasters by the addition of extra folds.

David Mitchell's Marriage
of Opposites is a basic diabolo pattern square
coaster made from two extremely simple
mirror-image modules. Tomoko Fuse has produced a
very similar design.
