This proved to be a fascinating weekend in a rather stylish venue. The audience included many regular devotees of these themed weekends and several new faces too. Appropriately the screenings were held in the basement room which serves as the meeting place for Blackpool's Magic Circle. Posters and pictures of magicians surrounded us as the shows began.

Some were on 35mm projected by a good friend, Robert Johnson. Others
were shown on the N-W Group's video projector controlled by Michael Lockwood.

Walt Disney & Europe in 1994. His book of the same name was published in 1999 by John Libbey at £22. He introduced us to the artists and the organisation pointing out how often historical painting styles were drawn on. His slides included original material of all sorts.
