They show 6 or 7 films a year, upstairs in The County Hotel during the winter months. The society was started by Alistair Pattullo - former projectionist at The Pavilion, Galashiels. It followed a successful trial inspired by Ian McAuley, Scottish Borders Councils Arts Development Officer, and run in conjunction with Jenna Agate, of The Studio On The Green.
| Venue: | The County Hotel, Selkirk, 3-5 High Street, Market Square, TD7 4BZ the perfect place for a meal or refreshing drink before the film. Doors usually open at 730pm and the show usually starts at about 8.00pm, normally preceded by an interesting short film. Most - but not all - shows are on Fridays. |
