The Films

I've Loved You So Long - Kirsten Scott Thomas gives one of the best performances of her career in this French family drama.

Emma's Bliss - 'a charming, heart-felt tale of romance and loss, brilliantly acted and full of wry humour'

Lemon Tree - Hiam Abbass, last seen in The Visitor, stars as a lonely Palestinian widow caught up in the West Bank conflict.

Hunger - celebrated visual artist Steve McQueen brings a powerful intensity to this study of Bobby Sands and the 1981 hunger strike.

Waltz With Bashir - groundbreaking animated documentary examining one man's role in Israel's 1982 invasion of Lebanon

Summer - Robert Carlyle won Best Actor at the 2008 Edinburgh Festival for his role in this moving study of loyalty and love - a new BFFS Block Booking title
