| A wonderful insight in to what
Lord Sutch used to do during live shows. Recorded live in London
1971 and featuring a band made up from the best musicians at
the time including: Keith Moon, Ritchie Blackmore, Noel Redding,
Nick Simpler, Matthew Fisher, Sid Phillips and Lord Sutch's original
drummer and life long friend Carlo Little. This is a gatefold
cover with very good sleeve notes and a press report inside. |
Manic Rock 'N 'Roll here, and
once again the band is made up of top names including: Jimmy
Page, Noel Redding, Jeff Beck, John Bonham, Nicky Hopkins and
Carlo Little. The painted Roller on the cover and featured in
track 8 was reputedly stolen whilst Lord Sutch toured in America.
If it turns up will someone let me know it's whereabouts? But
please don't send me on any wild goose chases. |
Recorded live and in the studio,
Lord Sutch teams up with R 'n' B master Pat Travers and his band
on this german produced album. Disco Crusher should be the theme
song of all live musicians out there who play at the same venues
as mobile DJ's. All the Rock 'N' Roll is there and some lovely
and strange tunes. Listen out right at the end as sutch opens
the studio mike and thanks everyone for their help, it sums up
his sense of humour! |

| A compilation of Lord
Sutch's favourite tracks, featuring original versions of Jack
the Ripper (a song he recorded many times with different people)
All Black & Hairy and Hog For You Baby. There are no credits
to musicains involved in this album. It is released by a Belgian
record company. |
With its gatefold
cover this is a great collection of old photos and press cuttings.
Recorded in the early 80's it features a band made up once again
of top musicains including: Freddie Fingers Lee, Wild Bob Burgos
and Tony Dangerfield. |
Another European release. A
compilation of Sutch's better known songs and some that are difficult
to find anywhere else exept on this album. To the best of my
knowledge this is the only one that was ever available on CD.
If anyone knows different please let me know and I'll update
my infomation. |
