Tariff from Easter 2008
£32 per person per night for a minimum of two people for two nights, using one bedroom.
A deposit of one night’s fee is required to secure all bookings. Please either send a cheque or pay by direct bank transfer, having telephoned or sent an email to arrange.
One night bookings incur a £5 supplement per person, but there are discounts available for family parties and for longer stays - just ask.
Any other people in the party have use of the second bedroom, either as a single or a double. Both rooms can be used as singles at £35 per person per night. There is only one bathroom, with separate access from both bedrooms, via a small lobby - see floor plan.
Well behaved Dogs can be accommodated in the house at £3.00 per night, but must have own bedding and sleep in the lobby or small hall - not the bedrooms. We have ample dog exercising areas but also free-range ducks. Bentley and Tess, our own Labradors, welcome visiting dogs with enthusiasm.
Sorry - we have no facilities to process Credit or Debit cards. Cheque or direct bank transfer can be used to secure a booking and payment can also be made in cash or sterling travellers’ cheques.
Cancellations made more than six weeks in advance will receive a full discount but only a proportion will be refunded with less notice.
Last minute cancellations may be partially offset if we can re-let the room and in some cases deposits can be held against a future booking. If you have to cancel, please ensure we have received notice of your intention and confirmed that we have received it!
