The Camping Barn was converted back in 1992.

The barn was converted with the help of grants, which were provided by the Youth Hostel Association and the Long Distance Walkers Association.

The original barn and wheelhouse was used for the storage of wool and stock feed.

The barn is a listed building in the farmyard at Park Farm.
