prices.
Availablility.
There is availability from
November 7th (including Christmas week).

Please

us direct for any more details. Booking on
line is not offered, as we believe in establishing a personal
relationship with those who wish to rent our home.
Prices
range from £170 per week in the winter to £500 in the high
summer season.
Electricity. Although we pay for
hot water and basic heating, other electricity is chargeable on a
£1 meter. The rate keeps as closely as possible to the charges
made by Scottish Hydro-electric.

We are always
pleased to help with general enquiries about Skye, the best ways of
getting there, etc. Let us know. The O.S. map of North Skye at a scale
of 1/50,000(sheet 23) is a useful investment.
Reservations etc.
The
house is
let as holiday accommodation, normally from Saturday to Saturday.
We ask for a deposit of 25% to confirm a booking. The
balance should be paid 21 days before arrival, when we shall send
any remaining details including where to collect the keys.
In
the event of a cancellation, if the cottage is rebooked we shall return
any money paid less an administration charge of £25.
We
ask visitors kindly not to arrive before 3.00pm on the first
day, and to leave by 10.00am on the day of
departure.
