THE AREA:   Situated on the spectacular Trotternish peninsula, at the edge of the Trotternish National Scenic Area;  totally unspoilt rural position;  no traffic;  outstanding views over moors, mountains, islands, sea;   fishing, sea trips, sandy beach all nearby;   easy access to major Skye attractions: Old Man of Storr, Quirang, Lealt Falls, Kilt Rock;
Duntulm Castle; museum of Rural Life; excellent walking area, in hills (Trotternish Ridge) and along coast.

   THE COTTAGE: Four stars ****;Traditional crofter's cottage, fully modernised;  furnished and equipped as a family home, not just as a holiday cottage;  sleeps 5 (one in a slightly narrower bed);  mature enclosed garden;  cot available;  dogs by arrangement.
