1 Bedroom. Sleeps: 2 + cot/put-up bed

Perfectly located in the popular Purbeck village of Winfrith Newburgh, this charming 1 bedroom cottage is located on a quiet no through lane facing the River Win and fields, with the main house dating back to the 17th Century. Riverside View has all that you require for a relaxing holiday or short break, with wooden floors throughout, spacious bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and dinning area. Watch films from the dvd library and unwind near the wood burner for those quiet, cosy nights in. (logs included Oct-Mar).

In our delightful village is the friendly village shop where you can buy papers and groceries and The Red Lion pub serving good home cooked food and local ale both within easy walking distance.

Bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels supplied.
Cot/put-up bed: available for young children.
Kitchen: electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom: bath with shower over basin and toilet.
Living room: Satellite TV/DVD, 2 sofas, woodburner (broadband provided on request)
All on one level. No Smoking. No telephone.

Outside: Outside grassed garden area with garden table and chairs. Main gate can be closed to allow pets or small children freedom in garden area. Secure guest parking just outside accommodation.

Changeover day: Riverside View (Sat) arrive 3pm - depart 10am. flexible days of arrival out of season.

Up to 2 dogs permitted. Not to be left in the cottage unattended at any time.
