David Nicholson has management and consultancy experience in the whole range of food and drink industries. A graduate microbiologist, he has worked for Unilever, Heinz, Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association, and most recently as Managing Director of Oriel Jones & Son Ltd (Meat Specialists).
David is a qualified tutor in HACCP, supplier and internal auditing and is a trained ISO 9000 Lead Assessor.
Jean Nicholson is an experienced microbiologist, analytical chemist, microscopist and researcher who has worked for Heinz and Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association.
