ELF's learning and education programme encourages volunteers to become part of the team and develop and contribute their skills. Our volunteers have come from legal, scientific and community backgrounds, many volunteers are from abroad, some are looking to pursue a career in environmental law, and all have been able to contribute to the practical running of the office.

ELF now has a formal internship programme for graduates and post-graduates who are able to commit their time to work on a specific project. ELF volunteers who have completed six months will receive a certificate.
