Despite the fact that it means summer's only round the corner, I always feel sad when the BOAFS season ends – for a few weeks Friday nights just don't seem quite right!

At present we're busy getting next season's programme finalised – so thank you to everybody who completed a Questionnaire: with your help we've put together a sensational provisional programme. Although none of the bookings has been confirmed yet (and last year, thanks to the credit crunch, we had to change our plans when a distributor went bust) if you click here you can see which films we're hoping to book and here if you'd like to download a handy .pdf file containing the films, the dates and an application form for next season's membership to stick on the door of your fridge!

I'll be updating the website now and again during the coming months to let you know when we've confirmed all the film bookings or if there are any fantastic film related goings on in the area. Much as I'd like you to keep checking in, I know how frustrating it is to visit websites that haven't been updated for weeks.
