where i live and work

So like most people I have to go out and earn the good times, I do this by working on the website/online help systems for a number of pieces of software.  Following are some pictures of the place and people I work with.
Further down describes where I now live, and pictures will appear sometime soon.

The main building Here it is, the grand building in Hampshire, where I work.  Looks even nicer in the snow, though they don't pay for that all year round.
my manager, me and my 2nd line manager  Here you can see my manger, me and my managers manager, out on a company celebration in london in 2000.  Was good fun - the whole department went to see the "alternative shakespear" production and then went off to planet hollywood for dinner.

Below is a picture of the graduates who started at the same time as me, inkeeping with the campus feel of my work place they took a year photo.  I can bee seen 2nd row up on the far right.

One of the things I love about working for my company is the flexible working.  This means the hours and location you work is flexible.  I usually work from home on Fridays and on the particular Thursday shown to the left, myself and my work Mate Kevin went off to the new forest to work.  Amazing how much you can get done when there are no distractions!

Kevin, who works in the same team as me, can be seen to the left.  Kevin is a good choice of work mate as he is suitably offay with the great works of "Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy" and "Faulty Towers", so my many quotes are not wasted on him
The new UT Team

This picture shows Mike and Clare whom are members of my newest team. 95 books and just 2 pairs of hands - they work miracles! We work closely with a team of Programmers based in india, and so had a photo shoot to let them know what we looked like. This picture came from that shoot,

My Cottage in the country - NO more!

If you had stopped by here a year ago or so there would have been some lovely pictures of a romantic cottage in the country where I used to live, and indeed those pictures can still be seen in the photo albums, but the cottage has now been confined to my history as time has moved on and I have now bought a 2 bedroom house in Hedgeend which is much more practical but of course doesn't have the character of the old place. Still though the new place has been the start of a whole new life as it was also the start of my life living with Sarah, my Fiance. We have been working hard to make the new place our own and I am sure that in due course some pictures will be appearing here on the site.
