COMING FROM THE SOUTH. (past castles, farms and draughty barns, a real country road, very pretty!)

Leave the M6 at junction 34, turn left onto A683.(Warning!! Speed trap camera in Caton.)Keep on this road for 10 miles until the road splits, directly after the bridge over the R. Greta. Turn Right onto A687.Follow this for 5 miles until it joins A65.  Turn right on A65 for about half a mile.  Just after the Grey, Iron Bridge,over the river,  Turn left, towards Ingleton village centre.  In two tenths of a mile, before you reach the village centre, is a small road on your left leading downhill. Turn down it.  At the bottom of the hill, in 100 yds. is the Pottery.

Leave M6 at junction 36, join A65.  Stay on A65 until just after the Grey, Iron Bridge, over the river in Ingleton.  Turn left towards Ingleton village.  In two tenths of a mile, is a small road, on your left leading downhill.  Turn down it.  At the bottom of the hill in 100 yds. is the Pottery.

Join A65.  Ignore the first direction signpost (by the Petrol Station) for Ingleton, but carry on half a mile until the turning marked "Village Centre" on your right. Turn right here, towards Ingleton. in two tenths of a mile, is a small road on your left, going downhill.  Turn down it.  At the bottom of the hill, in 100 yds. is the Pottery.
