This has become my favoured software for the manipulation of 3d images for computer (It helped with most of the images on this site). I consider myself a beginner but for some time I have known that I was looking for this package! (Thanks for the advice Dan). Essentially it allows you to open your stereo view into two seperate windows. You can then perform various standard operations such as adjusting brightness/contrast/colours etc as well as cropping and a host of other usedful operations (You have the choice of performing these options on a single image or both images). The stereo window can be controlled by clicking on the same point in the image in each window. The resultant stereo image is displayed in a third window. Altenatively the same manipulation can be done by manipulating the positioning of the final images' component images in a real time preview mode - very useful! Finally the file can be saved in a variety of formats including JPS (without JPS header information)

3d Image factory is shareware available from the Softtreat web site.

This hyper was taken as two seperate shots looking out over Prague using an Olympus MJU. 3d Image factory helped to sort out the mess and present something viewable!
