Another auction buy this viewer was made by the Crafsmen's Guild and dates back to the 50's. and originally sold for $1.95. I cannot compare it with a red button or Kodak but it does the job for which it was made if feeling a little 'plasticky' (not surprising I guess.) They can generally be picked up for around $30-40 nowadays if boxed and in good condition.
