Realist (ST 41)

Another Realist ! This one is missing the lens cap but is in otherwise fine condition. I have yet to put it up against the Revere (a counterpart from the fifties). It matches most of the Revere's features save for the spirtit level in the viewer so I am looking forward to comparing results (watch this space!)

Bought at auction for $135 (See bottom of picture)

• It's a Realist!
• Has double exposure control
• Depth of field scale
• Modern day flash gun compatibility (via adapter available from Reel 3d)
• Centered viewfinder (avoids paralax problems)
• You're not considered to be in the club unless you have one.
• Doris Day has got one.
