Thank you for visiting this web site.    Having a good disco is important in making sure that your guests have a good time and enjoy themselves.    I am confident that we will be able to play our part in making sure that your party goes with a real swing.    We have full range high quality stereo sound and spectacular lighting from very reliable equipment.    Our twin C.D. player will keep everybody dancing to hot chart music, party tracks, big club classics, golden oldies (or a bit of everything) - complete entertainment all night long.

If you want excellent quality and experienced presenters this is the disco that you need.  

We accept bookings for private parties for all ages; and from clubs, community groups and commercial organizations for semi-private or public functions.    Parties can be held in private houses, public houses, halls, hotels, castles, or even outdoors.

If you have any preferences of D.J. please let us know.    There will be a D.J. presenter and an assistant present at every gig except at private houses, where often the D.J. does both jobs.    They will normally dress casual/smart but can wear formal or fancy dress if requested.

If requested in advance, we can organise games and competitions for parties.    You would need to provide any prizes.    We can also offer 'Golden Oldies Karaoke' to add variety to your disco party if you expect to have some good singers among your guests.    There is a small additional charge for the provision of this, and see the Karaoke Details page for more information on what will be provided.

We have a stock of over 6,000 hits on compact disc, from golden oldies to all of the current top 20 chart hits on CD's.       The bulk of our collection will include most of your favorite disco tunes, and we have a complete selection of the best party dances.     We will send of a list of these for you to choose from if you wish to, or we can play from your own C.D.'s.    We also have a good stock of both Christmas music and slow smoochy songs.    In addition we can play Waltz's, Quicksteps, Old Time,  Rock'n'roll  Twist, Soul, Tamla Motown and Rock if requested.    We can also play your tape cassette if there is a very special item that you need everyone to hear.    We have a radio mike which you can borrow to make announcements from anywhere at your party.
We do not play Mp3's.  

We have powerful sub-bass speakers for young people's parties, a smoke machine and a strobe.    The general lighting effects consist of  large flashing lights boxes, powerful effects projectors and rotary lanterns which will fill your party room with moving coloured lights which are very effective  in most venues.    The consoles are of modular design so that the layout can be compact in a room at home or spread out on a large stage.    However at parties held on the 1st floor of venues we may not be able to provide the full range of equipment due to it's weight and possible access difficulties.    We normally play a mixture of music based on the preferences of the majority of those present, and for the early part of the evening often invite requests verbally, or in writing on the slips we put on tables.    Alternatively we are quite happy to play from a list of up to12 songs if you can supply it in advance.     At family parties we normally keep the volume at a medium level until the buffet so everyone can catch up on news and gossip except at venues where they have separate rooms.  At parties for young people we select good dancing music from the start and at higher power level.    At weddings we can offer some special presentations centered round the bride and groom if this is required.

It will not always be available, but often we will take digital photographs of guests dancing or at tables, (except at small children’s parties), and publish them our web site where everyone with internet access can see themselves and download their photo’s without charge.     You can of course view examples of pictures taken at other gigs right now; on the Photo’s page at our site.      We take a lot of photo’s and publish the best 12.    We will tell you when they are on the site so you can see them and inform us if there are any that you are unhappy with.    To get  best quality photo's a DVD slide show of all photo's taken - with sound track - can be ordered for a small charge.
