| Matters Arising: |
- Map Boards - The draft maps have been seen, changes recommended
and returned to the designer. A 2nd draft is due this week. AP
to deal with funding issues and arrange a meeting as necessary.
- A letter of resignation has been received from Hetty Whitelock
due to increased commitments. The vacancy will be advertised and
an election held if applicable. Thanks from the chairman and councillors
were offered to Hetty and good wishes for the future.

| Planning: |
- Plans for a telecommunications mast at Higher Kerrowe Farm were
circulated. The chairman and councillors have received numerous
letters regarding the mast and these were read to the meeting.
All were opposing the plans. Jon Brookes read a draft response
from the National Trust and accepted comments. Comments were heard
from the floor. It was unanimously voted to oppose the plans.
MH to respond to Penwith District Council and parishioners were
asked to also submit their objections direct to the council
- Retrospective planning permission - Security lights - Higher
Kerrowe Farm. Although all councillors understood the reasoning
for erection of security lights all objected to the proposal on
the grounds that these lights were unsympathetic and not in keeping
with the area.

| Finance: |
- The 2004/2005-audit paperwork was passed to MH for the internal
auditor.
- Cheques were approved for Zurich Insurance
- Clerks fees were approved
- Parish Path fees were approved

- Jon Swannell reports all going well in spite of heavy amounts
of undergrowth, 1st cut nearly completed.
- The footpath at Poniou is reported as being overgrown. MW to
contact JS.

items of correspondence were considered including: |
- St. Ives MCTI - CP to contact Alec Brice re Parish Plan and
request the newly appointed co-ordinator Ray Tovey (?) attend
our next meeting.

Business: |
- Concrete kerbstones and black and white posts have been laid
following the work on the stream at Treen which are out of keeping.
MW to contact Highways and arrange a site meeting.
- Weed clearance - trees and bushes have been slashed at Porthmeor
and Zennor - MW to request inspection.
- CP and AP gave a report on the latest Town and Parish Forum
meeting. Items included requests for finance towards speed cameras,
Health and Safety Training and the Great Western Rail Franchise.
MW to write a letter of support by 15th July.
