| Matters Arising: |
- The new application for a sand school at Boswednack has been
refused.
- Security lights have been erected at Higher Kerrowe and councillors
have received phone calls and comments from Parishioners. MW to
write to PDC requesting clarification from a planning perspective
and cc to Highways.
- The man hole covers at Towednack have now been dealt with
- AP has received an e-mail from Elaine Drury re the Map boards.
AP & JL to speak to Jenni Pozzi and to the relevant funders.
A meeting will be arranged and then reported back to the council.
- JL to forwards costs re the public toilets for consideration.

| Finance: |
- Changes to the 2003/2004 audit were approved by the council.
- The 2004/2005 accounts will be completed by MW for Audit and
returned to MH for A Sweet to check.

| Parish Paths |
- Path Priority Document - JS will deal with the criteria. MW
to write with regards to inaccuracies on the map and request a
Ranger to attend a Parish Council meeting.
- The CROW act map will be displayed in the Village Hall
|
| Transport: |
- JP - Some changes to bus timetables have been received and they
will be displayed on the website.
|
| Correspondence: |
| Various
items of correspondence were considered including: |
- information on Weed Treatment and a Waste Development consultation
document. JB to read.
|
| Meetings: |
- Next meeting of Zennor Parish Council - 12th July 2005
|
| Any Other
Business: |
- The issue of a future ballot was discussed. This would incur
costs to the council. It was agreed it would be better for Parishioners
to submit individual letters to PDC with regards to contentious
planning issues. MH will also discuss with A England the affects
of any ballot on planning issues.
