| Matters Arising: |
- The application for a sand school at Boswednack has been withdrawn
from the latest PDC meeting and will be considered in the future.
- J Brookes reported that Bosvean is already protected by restrictive
covenants so the National Trust would not therefore currently
look to purchase but will await further developments.
- With regards to the Map Boards a meeting has taken place and
granite slabs have been offered. Artwork has been passed on and
costings and permissions are now awaited.
- The road at Treen has now been inspected and work promised by
the end of August 2005. No response has been received from Highways
re the drain covers - MW to contact Roy Mann.
|
| Planning: |
- Planning application for a replacement extension at Milldowns
Farm was considered approved with condition that the extension
cannot be sold as a separate property.
- Planning application for alterations at Wicca - No objections
to the changes at either end of the property but reservations
were noted regarding the front elevation - the proposals not being
in character.
- Planning application for internal alterations at The White House
were approved.
- Preplanning application - Mast at Higher Kerrowe. Comments were
requested from the council on the preconsultation plans, which
had been sent and shown at the earlier drop in session. A letter
from MM02 was read out and one from a Parishioner with regards
to the proposed mast. M Hindley had been contacted with regards
to vandalism and graffiti at Higher Kerrowe Farm. All councillors
agreed that the Parish Council does not condone any illegal or
personal attacks such as this and this is duly minuted. The landowner
was still waiting to hear from the police at lunchtime. M Hindley
will write to the landowner confirming the council's condemnation
of the activities. After considering the preconsultation plans
and discussions regarding a possible future ballot of parishioners
it was agreed that MW to reply noting that the plans were totally
inappropriate with regards to visual impact, the precedent for
further development and the materials and finishes to be used.
M Hindley to investigate a future ballot and Jen Gourley to publicise
in Down Your Way.

| Finance: |
- The bank balance includes the Precept credit.
- A Sweet is willing to audit our accounts for 2003/2004, which

- An invoice for travel expenses for J Swannell was approved.

- A letter had been received re a blocked footpath at Trendrine.
This part of the path is 50 yards from the style and the definitive

- J Pozzi remarked that she is keen for the Parish to get what
they need from the Map Board project and that the sub-group should
keep in close contact.
