Penwith Local Development Framework – Presentation by D.Boardman P.D.C. Councillors were asked to respond to the Core Strategy (to replace Local Plan) issues and options booklet, which will also be available for the public in Libraries and from PDC.

Matters Arising

• finger post it was reported that County Highways are investigating costs of repairs. J.Brookes will check details of Dorset signpost programme as seen on TV.
• Town and Parish Forum A.& C.Penhaul were unable to attend last meeting
• Maps have been delivered to A.Penhaul. Invoice to be paid as soon as received in order to fulfil grant deadline. J.Gray to add map to website and send invoice.
• Undergrounding: mapping on-going. Agreed that priority should be 1) Trewey Downs, 2) Zennor Village, 3) Gurnards Head – Treen, 4)Boswednack
• St Ives MCTi – new “Steering Group” proposals for membership imply that Zennor may still be involved.

Planning Carnelloe, Tremedda granted. Boswednack Equestrian facility - withdrawn

Parish Plan J.Gray reported that: 
We have been successful with receiving the grant money from PDC Community Fund as follows:
 Data Analysis and Research - £500
Parish Plan Display (hire of Village Hall etc) - £250
Printing of Parish Plan leaflet - £400
Design and development of website - £700 (this is only part of the total requested; we are still waiting to hear back from CRC about the remaining £500. J.G. will be following up on this).
 Total: £1850 (J.G. to check date by which this must be spent)
J.Gray will forward her analysis of the survey. It was agreed that a special meeting is needed to determine content of display and timing of event.
