1949/50 Requisitions

8980/1, 9342/1

The 1949 8980/1 requisition was a reprint of nearly all the values. Strangely one of the values missing from the order was the £1 though this was to reappear in the 1950 requisition. Seven of the duties had quantities to go to the Bureau (30,000 - 1pi, 6,000 each of the 3pi, 41/2pi, 6pi, 9pi and 18pi, and 3,000 of the 90pi. The order was to commence delivery approximately 5.5.49.

1950 saw one requisition, 9342/1 which was due the end of March that year. With the exception of the Bureau supplies the sheets of stamps were to be numbered 1 up each duty. Cases 251 up. The numbers for the Bureau and the Exchange are recorded below.
